Youth Support

Geneva provides each youth with a Youth Support Plan designed by the Support Team to meet complex needs before, during and after their work in the transitional home. The process is collaborative, comprehensive, culturally competent, and flexible, with adequate funding and resources allocated for implementation. The plan allows for youth to maintain their current school placements, linkage to community programs and participation in support groups. The Youth Support Plan includes, but is not limited to the following areas: vocational, housing, educational, social, recreational, medical, and legal.
