A WAR BETWEEN ME AND MY TWIN

Me and my brother have a side of hate and love for our father and mother

Over the years we grew apart and never knew each other

In our growth love and hate

Sometimes a heart can bring peace in his state

We saw violence and gore but we stood strong like a soldier in a war

Our state has no name staying in school is the game

Deep inside my hazy brown eyes

I still hear the voice and all of the lies

Young and with the power not even the community can stand taller than our tower

My half is talented and smart

I carry a red rose as our love in my heart

With half a heart in my chest and the other one in his chest that we both got blessed

Frustration leads us into our education

He's the wedge and I am the anger that takes it to the edge

In my mind I think of my twin all of the time

I will always remember the love we have for each other

I would have never got blessed with you if it wasn't for mother

Black and green is not our favorite color

Being famous is not what we need

Being at the desk is the key

Being in this war I want out

When we are together I scream and shout

We play with hands and gloves always remember me

You I will love, I love Ronald just as much as I love Donald
